Judging criteria:

The judges will be focusing on the following areas when scoring your entry. Write your entries accordingly.

  • Evidence of significant career achievements (10)
  • Evidence of demonstrable difference made to the industry (10)
  • Evidence of commitment to the advancement of healthcare communications (10)
  • Quality of colleague and third-party/stakeholder references (10)
  • Evidence of commitment to best practice and determination to enhance industry reputation (10)

This award recognises outstanding personal achievement at a very senior level in healthcare communications. It is open to professionals currently working in industry or within a healthcare consultancy.

Entries will be accepted directly from the individuals themselves or their employer or client, who should outline why they feel the nominee is a candidate for this award. Entries will also be via invitation.

In addition, nominations will be invited from the Communiqué Awards judging panel, agencies, journalists, charities/patient associations and must be received by 25 May 2018.

During their career candidates will:

  • Have demonstrated a true commitment to the advancement of healthcare communications
  • Have been a passionate leader, driving collaboration and success, leading by example, transferring knowledge and motivating others
  • Have demonstrated how they have led change, innovated, generated new ideas and opportunities and always been keen to embrace what’s next
  • Have firmly established themselves as an industry ambassador through work undertaken with stakeholders over a significant period of time
  • Have made a demonstrable difference to the industry over time.

Entries must include a print quality colour photograph of the nominee.
