Synergy Vision

Summary of work

Synergy Vision’s client portfolio and revenue have grown every year since the company’s inception in 2007, with 2012 proving no exception – in fact it has proven to be our most successful year yet, with client numbers almost doubling and financial growth exceeding even our stretch target. We believe this success is attributable to a continued and growing appreciation among our clients of our in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the challenges it faces. In addition to the invaluable insight and experience many of our staff have gained from having worked in relevant senior pharmaceutical positions, our whole agency has a passion for science. Every member of our account management team holds a degree in life sciences, while our writers have PhDs and have held post-doctoral positions at top universities and research institutions.

  • Smashing our growth targets (32 per cent vs 25 per cent)
  • Successfully diversifying (previously 90 per cent respiratory-related work, now less than 50 per cent)
  • Implementing our most creative medical education campaigns ever by blending the old (proven formats such as expert briefings and symposia) and the new (iPads and digital videos)
  • Achieving the highest score in an independently run industry customer satisfaction benchmarking exercise.

Judges comments

Synergy Vision has enjoyed good growth and success. Its results are impressive and the agency investment in development is rewarded with good staff retention and a team that talks with passion and enthusiasm about their projects.  Both income and client retention are industry-leading, and that speak volumes about the culture of the agency.

Highly commended
