Summary of work

An outstanding year by any agency’s standards, 2012 saw Ogilvy DigitalHealth win six creative awards and commendations, establish a 64 per cent pitch success rate and bring on board new accounts across five new client companies, all resulting in a year-on-year revenue growth of 26 per cent.

At Ogilvy DigitalHealth, we help clients break out of their traditional approach to communications and embrace fresh thinking to achieve great results for their brands, customers and patients. We have a growing, passionate and creative team and a unique mix of healthcare and consumer digital specialists with expertise in insights-driven health behaviour change.

In the second year since our launch, we have surpassed financial growth expectations, achieved excellent staff and client retention and expanded our global client base. The potential of digital communications in healthcare is expanding rapidly and we have a very clear vision of what it takes to make a difference and how we, with our clients, can achieve results in an increasingly cluttered marketplace.

Judges comments

ODH have proved yet again what a highly creative and innovative organisation it is - delivering a great EASD programme. The team demonstrated impressive growth (in the two years they’ve been operating), great work with clients and an impressive client retention rate. A strong team of 28 with good staff development and low staff turnover, they are the go-to agency for behavioural change.
