Summary of work

Our goal is to be seen by our stakeholders as the consultancy which is redefining communications to better meet the needs of diverse healthcare clients across the globe.

In 2014 we realised this in a number of ways, eg: supporting WHO to engage over 7 million people on social media with vital messages about vector-borne diseases on World Health Day; our media outreach contributed to NHS England announcing a hepatitis C Early Access Scheme and the associated reimbursement; and we encouraged people to go to the pharmacist rather than the GP for cold and flu symptoms – with market research demonstrating a clear change in behaviour. Our work was recognised in 6 industry awards.

Our client satisfaction score was 8.2 out of 10 in an independent survey and for the fourteenth year in a row we saw revenue growth – achieving 14% growth for the calendar year.

Our growth continues to be driven by an innovative digital offering, providing counsel on web strategy and search engine marketing for clients.

Our team satisfaction scores were once again high and we were successful in attracting talented new team members to the agency, notably 3 at the critical – and difficult to recruit - account director level.
