Summary of work

In 2013, GCI Health London opened as the first European office to leverage the halo of a successful US-based brand.

In 2014, we transitioned from high energy start-up within WPP to an agency genuinely competing in its own right.

The combination of a philosophy that puts our people first and a strong service offer built around four defined practice areas have ensured our achievements realise our values and near-term ambition.

We’ve been relentless in taking every step to achieve success that celebrates our distinct culture and what it delivers. We are ‘boutique’ in our approach, nurturing talent and dedicated to creative, strategic and nimble client delivery. The difference is we also boast the stability and networked footprint that only a large communications group can deliver.

In 2014 we grew from five to 15. Financially we grew 60%; 48% beyond target. We won new business with a 75% pitch conversion rate, significantly grew via existing client investment and were shortlisted for six industry awards.

Nearly 50% of revenue came from clients new to the WPP network – evidence that we have established our position of independence as a go-to agency of choice. To date we have a 100% client retention rate.
