Virgo Consumer Health & Wellbeing established itself as the only specialist communications agency dedicated exclusively to the broad consumer health and well-being sector – OTC medicines & medical devices, vitamins & food supplements and personal care. Bringing the very best of what you’d expect from the biggest consumer agencies – directional, trend-setting, controversial and bold – combined with the expertise required in healthcare – educational, responsible, life-changing and of course code compliant.

As part of a values-driven, people-centric business, 2014 saw us interpret the changing environment around us into one all-encompassing realisation… it’s about Being Human. It was also the year we aimed to diversify our offer and grow as an agency in our own right. We totally overhauled our approach to communications, leveraging a new human insights process – Insight, Inspiration, Impact - which we lived out internally and externally every day.

Thanks to this new approach and a deliberate injection of diverse team talent we reported record growth of 40%. It was a year of ‘firsts’ and diversity – from brand busting installations to iconic photography-led campaigns. Proving that with the support of the Virgo umbrella brand, Virgo Consumer Health & Wellbeing strutted out on its own – loud and proud.
