Uptake Strategies is a healthcare marketing consultancy specialising in launch and marketing excellence. In 2015, we celebrated our 10th anniversary as well as our fastest year of growth. Our purpose is ‘inspiring excellence in healthcare marketing’ and excellent communication, both internally and externally, is a core part of our ethos. With a small but high-performing team, we enjoyed working with a range of large multinational and medium sized healthcare companies delivering the highest levels of client satisfaction with measurable business impact in 2015.

In 2015 Uptake Strategies:

 
  • Won 5 pitches and worked on 53 consulting projects across 10 healthcare clients delivering consulting revenue growth of 99% vs. 2014
  • Managed this growth successfully with 4 new team members and 300% increase in investment in internal team training, communications and events
  •  
  • Delivered 100% client retention rate and highest levels of client satisfaction in our consulting work and training workshops
  • Celebrated our 10 year anniversary and refreshed our positioning, brand purpose, imagery and industry communications
  • Reached a milestone of working on 100 launches (across countries, molecules and line extensions) and published industry research on ‘Future of Launch Excellence’.

Uptake Strategies had a very good year in 2015, and client/stakeholder satisfaction was high. Their growth was solid, coupled with strong client retention, and at the same time as managing this growth, the agency made important investments in team capabilities aligned to business objectives.
