Through our focused vision and strategy, we have expanded our client base and reach, supporting new disease areas, and flourishing in the challenging US market. We recognise the value of our people and our unique culture in achieving our success. This year, our teams have been strengthened and supported - propelled by an unrivalled and individualised training programme and our #LucidLife campaign, offering the unique opportunity to tailor the work experience to meet individual desires. In 2016, we introduced new services, new tools (metrics platform, strategic consultancy) and a new team structure, equipping our teams for long-term growth to continue to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
