Clark Health Communications

Clark Health Communications (CHC) has been growing since opening its doors in 2011 but, despite several challenges, 2016 was the year that the business really took off and the pace of expansion quickened with 74% growth and four new hires bringing the size of the team to 11 by December.

A clear and compelling new positioning led to fresh opportunities and a new business success rate of 60%. Our guiding principles of building collaboration, inspiring confidence and delivering change have underpinned everyday work. While the team is very small, the quality of its work was praised by clients and stakeholders and made an impressive impact across six continents.

However, being proud and protective of the special things that create our CHC bubble, we have all worked hard to define and retain the agency’s distinct personality - how it feels both to us, and to our clients - and to ensure this remains at the core of everything we do.

2016 was a remarkable year in the journey of change and growth for CHC and we look forward to enjoying many more in the future, confident in the knowledge of who we are and what we offer to our clients.
