Finalist

Beth Timm

HAVAS Just::

Summary of work

For someone who’s been in this business for seven years, Beth has made a significant impact on colleagues and clients. Her determination to do exceptional work is underpinned by a belief that healthcare communications plays a critical role in democratising healthcare delivery. Beth joined HAVAS Just:: at a seminal moment, just two months prior to the acquisition by the HAVAS Group. Working with a Director she has been central to the growth of the medical communications offer, tapping into the opportunities afforded by the global scientific network and spotting opportunities for integrated working with our Havas colleagues.

Shortly after joining, Beth ensured that her passion for the work was spread across the agency through internal training and on-the-job mentoring with team members. As well as pitching and winning integrated communications accounts, she is central to our partnership with a flagship medical communications client - resulting in significant organic growth within the UK and Europe. Beth is now involved in the development of a three-year business plan which anticipates the ever-changing needs of our clients, ensuring that the HAVAS Just:: offer is at the forefront of creating solutions which set the tone for the rest of the industry.

Judges' comments

You would definitely want Beth on your team. She’s very humble and doesn’t have a big ego, but is also engaging and really passionate about what she does. Super-smart and very self-aware we like her blend of humility and honesty.
