Summary of work

Lucid Group

Bring your dreams, ambition and talent, we supply the magic. That’s our promise and in 2017 we delivered. We continued to invest in pioneering medical education: working with experts and academics to develop a mechanism for measuring how our behaviour-change programmes were improving patient outcomes. We diversified our offerings, making greater use of digital platforms, new technology to enhance meetings and social listening to ensure that patients’ voices are heard. We invested more than ever in our people, delivering an in-house graduate training scheme. We adopted agile working and over 80% of our team now work away from the office regularly. We invested over £100k in developing our leadership team. And our clients continued to love us, investing more resulting in an outstanding financial performance. For the third year running our revenue grew by over 30% and we retained all our clients. At Lucid we transform lives. Always. For clients, for patients and for our teams.

Judges' comments

The panel was delighted to recognise Lucid as Communications Consultancy of the Year because of their highly consistent performance. They managed to show sustained growth of 30% and in a year when they saw a 46% increase in headcount, they also introduced agency flexible working across the entire workforce. To use their language, we thought that their performance was spellbinding.
