90TEN

Summary of work

In 2017, 90TEN turned challenges into opportunities. The agency diversified its client portfolio, winning 75% of pitches as a result of its creative approach and behaviour-change offer and secured nine new global clients. The company evolved to include new advocacy and design offerings and hired top talent with backgrounds in change management, data visualisation, public affairs, corporate communications and design.

90TEN’s passion for changing behaviours delivered exceptional results in 2017, including an influenza campaign with the potential to save up to 1,700 lives between now and 2020, and slashing HIV infection in the UK’s leading sexual health clinic.

It was a year of hairy, audacious goals with the team working together to drive the business to success. 90TEN’s dedicated and entrepreneurial team demonstrated an unfaltering passion for improving the lives of people and delivering campaigns that change behaviour. This is what makes the team get up every morning and come into work, and what makes 90TEN Life-Changing.

Judges’ comments

90TEN's passion for cause related work really sets them apart and 2017 was no different. However, even more impressive was the successful execution of a brave diversification strategy that really paid off. We saw great programmes and outcomes, a very strong financial performance, optimum client retention and exceptional client and stakeholder feedback.

Highly commended
