Despite political instability and the rise of populism making evidence-based communications more challenging, in 2018 Incisive Health proved that it is possible to succeed in delivering real and meaningful change for patients by engaging with the detail and communicating it compellingly.

Creativity and clever communications meant the team secured a series of significant wins that not only created commercial opportunities for their clients, but also helped to change patients’ lives. Their work helped to unlock access to ground-breaking treatments, benefiting thousands of patients across the UK.

Dedication to impeccable client service, together with investments in company culture and team growth and development, saw increases in both client and staff satisfaction. The consultancy also expanded its reach and impact by forging a new pan-European network of partnerships, which is already leading to new business opportunities and paving the way for further growth.

With double-digit growth in 2018, Incisive Health made it ‘5 at 5’ – breaking through the £5 million fees barrier for the first time as the company celebrated its fifth birthday.
