WE Communications

Summary of work

In just twelve months, WE has gone from a tech agency with just two UK health clients to a respected health consultancy making its mark on the healthcare industry. Leveraging a data-driven proposition, a combination of genuine in-depth tech and health expertise and an industry-leading people strategy, WE has delivered a stellar year.

Client partners have gone from two to seven, representing a 223% growth in revenue. A successful recruitment strategy is building a talented and esteemed team. Operational changes are increasing the efficiency of the agency.

While 2018 has represented a year of change and growth for the agency, the one thing that has been protected and nurtured is the positive agency culture. Defined as fiercely independent, spirited and committed to diversity, the culture is purpose-driven and designed around the well-being of staff and supporting the local community. A commitment to people investment will continue to be a cornerstone of the agency’s strategy going forward. This reflects the leadership’s belief that the fundamental reason agencies succeed or fail is the quality and happiness of their people.
