We continued to invest in pioneering medical education: working with experts and academics to develop a strategic framework to identify how our clients can use medical communications and other services to deliver improved outcomes. We acquired new capabilities, making greater use of digital and technology to enhance the quality and impact of our education. We saw our US operation flourish, penetrating the US domestic market and winning biotech clients which will see our US business double in 2019. We overcame a slow financial start and delivered a record-breaking last six months of the year. We invested more than ever in our people, delivering an in-house graduate training scheme and a leadership programme for 40 leaders. We restructured our organisation, challenging the current agency model to be more effective and enabling our leaders to optimise their strengths. Our clients continued to love us resulting in an outstanding financial performance: organic revenue grew by over 25% and we retained all our clients. At Lucid we transform lives. Always. Lucid has continued to show leadership in the whole area of behaviour change. They had a great and solid year in 2018, which was really impressive and what was really important is that they put the patient at the heart of everything they are doing.
