Summary of work

2020 was a year that will define our generation. Against a backdrop of tragedy came new opportunities and new ways of working together. For many traditional companies that presented many challenges, but for Mearns & Pike, a virtual agency, it was truly our year. It was a year of growth in revenue, clients and team, a year of big wins with new clients, a year of success with award wins, and a year of expansion.
Through it all we stayed true to our purpose to Love What You Do and made sure that our purpose and principles guided our growth and the work we took on. At a time of such uncertainty, we gave our clients the confidence and counsel they needed to think differently and achieve their best results while we delivered ours. It was the year of the virtual agency and the year of Mearns & Pike.

To date, the program has successfully generated and leveraged data through newly established channels and partnerships with engaged stakeholders. The program has already successfully influenced clinical practice and policy at global, country and clinic levels via novel insights and targeted, patient-focused solutions. Adherence is gaining the attention it has long needed, and real-world outcomes will improve as a result.

Judges’ comments

Mearns & Pike know who they are and they know what they are doing. They have a true flexibility in the workplace and really have a connection to what’s important for them. They clearly outlined how they plan to evolve the business strategically, reflected by a good financial performance.
