Summary of work


At Pegasus, we are proud to be making a difference. Everything we do is focused on a clear, single-minded and shared mission, to Inspire Healthy Decisions. 

But in the words of Benjamin Franklin, ‘well done is better than well said’ so our 70-strong team places a great deal of emphasis on insight planning, objective setting, creativity and ongoing measurement to ensure we deliver programmes that genuinely change behaviour and make a positive difference for our clients.

Borne out of this focus, we have established different areas of expertise within Pegasus - including a dedicated digital team and a creative department, plus corporate comms and social media leads. This enables us to work closely together to deliver truly integrated programmes.

When it comes to who we work with, we take a health first, sector second approach, recognising that people are now making healthcare decisions in every area of life, for themselves and on behalf of others, from the medicines they take, to the food they eat and the efforts they make to stay well. It is this specialism that has attracted a wide range of clients, ranging from Pfizer, GSK and Bayer, to Lloyds Pharmacy, Danone and Nestlé. 

Thanks to this approach, we have enjoyed 5 years of double digit growth, including a 25% revenue increase in 2013 helping us achieve a total fee income of £6 million. Furthermore, we were recently recognised as the 22nd best small company to work for by the Sunday Times. And finally, but perhaps most importantly, our work has changed lives, be that helping people quit smoking, take better control of their diabetes or act on potential signs of skin cancer.

Judges comments

We chose Pegasus because they did everything so well. They were authentic, really focused on forming great client relationships and really driving the change in behaviour that would deliver the objectives that their clients want.
