Summary of work

Litmus is focused on facilitating multi-stakeholder, multichannel, peer-to-peer and scientific communications. Our programmes are outcome-focused and aligned with real-world educational needs of clinicians, payers and other stakeholders.

Several therapy area specialist centres were created in 2013 to focus skills, drive growth and empower our in-house leadership, which resulted in business wins of a new scale and scope. The launch of a new Insights Team extended our multichannel offering in response to the ongoing trend to complement traditional learning opportunities with virtual and on-demand options.

Now in our tenth year, Litmus has continued its year-on-year growth, combined with an outstanding client diversification and retention made possible by an exceptional client service culture that extends across the entire team. Our professional mentor scheme, international assignment opportunities, and investment in training and development continue to support industry-leading talent retention rates. We were proud winners of the PharmaTimes Communications Agency Team of the Year (NHS Challenge) Award.
