An entirely new process was put in place for communicating information on NHS performance, helping to reaffirm Roche’s position as a leading exponent of the use of ‘real world’ data to drive service improvement and establishing it as a leader on the Information Revolution.

Clever and consistent use of data helped open doors, establish new relationships and drive improvements in NHS performance, resulting in substantial business and – most importantly – patient benefits.
