Targeting Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, utilising the Psychology of Behavioural change and Performance techniques for a rapid rise in team excellence.
Leadership teams face ever-increasing demands on their time and energy. To manage teams that are working in a highly competitive and stressful environment, an exemplary level of skill is required. Raising individual performance to full potential, while establishing a collective team approach that is aligned with company values, demands organisational skills and emotional intelligence; a potent combination that once mastered leads to a highly motivated and committed workforce. This approach not only affects sales but also contributes to the generation of positive and engaging working conditions, enabling sales representatives to feel valued, encouraged and listened to. This in turn contributes to their interaction with doctors, nurses and pharmacists who benefit from good communication with a consummate pharma professional. Makara Health designed a leadership platform combining the psychology of belief and behavioural change with advanced communication and performance skills. Our aim was to facilitate the acquisition of outstanding coaching and mentoring capability within the leadership team so that they can develop their teams and bring about the desired company cultural and performance outcomes.
This was a fascinating leadership course with an innovative approach. It was highly intensive and personalised, with good personality status models.
