MSD brought lots of energy and were extremely well prepared. They have an impressive, and potentially leading digital strategy, both for external communication and internal operations. They clearly demonstrated that all their planning starts with the patients’ and customers’ needs. Their commitment to people development was very noticeable, as was their commitment to making a 'real time' difference to their customers. The judges were also impressed with the work on their approval timelines
