How to Enter


Download an entry form and entry submission document

  • Every submission must use the entry submission document and be accompanied by an entry form*
  • If you are entering work into more than one category, make sure that you tailor each entry to the specific criteria of each category. Entries that are not tailored to the category entered may be disqualified
  • Please ensure that you have client/company approval and/or authorisation and make sure that this is confirmed on the entry form.

*If entering PMEA Support Agency of the Year, please use the separate entry submission document

You must use the entry submission form supplied.

Supply supporting materials

  • Each entry must be accompanied by supporting materials relevant to the submission
  • All supporting materials should fit into a separate A4 box file for each entry (size guide only, it is not necessary to submit materials in box files)
  • A summary sheet detailing each of the supporting materials
  • Please ensure you advise us of all passwords and website details so that the judges can have access.

Supporting materials should be sent (by 18 August 2017) to

Multiple entries

Each entry must be tailored to the specific criteria of the category and accompanied by:

  • A separate entry form
  • A full set of supporting materials.

Payment

One payment covering all entries is acceptable.

The qualifying period for work

Please check each category for the qualifying period for work.

Code compliance

Entries found to be in breach of industry codes will be disqualified.

Stakeholder references

Each entry must include one or more external stakeholder references.
References should:

  • Focus on outcomes
  • Indicate the value of the work, e.g. in improving patient care or health outcomes
  • Not simply be a reference for the agency/client (unless for PMEA Support Agency of the Year).

General entry information

  • Deadline for entries is 5pm on Thursday 3 August 2017
  • Entry fee: £225 + VAT (£270) per entry, entry fees are not refundable
  • An extension to 11 August 2017 is available at an additional charge of £125 + VAT (£150) per entry
  • Entries may be withdrawn upon written request prior to the judging process
  • Completed entry forms and submissions should be emailed to Helen Palmer-Wickens:
    hpalmer-wickens@pmlive.com. Entries not submitted by email will not be processed.

Payment of entry fees

  • Cheques should be made payable to ‘PMGroup’
  • Full details on how to pay by credit card are available on the entry form.
