Entry Checklist
Is your entry...
- Clear, concise and clearly laid out?
- Legible? If judges can’t read it, it may be disqualified
- Written specifically for the category being entered? If not it will be disqualified.
Does your entry...
- Follow the entry and judging criteria?
- Include an executive summary of no more than 200 words suitable for publication?
- Include all benchmark data necessary for the judges to evaluate success?
- Provide evidence of how effective the work has been?
- Include at least one comment from stakeholders supporting the value, outcomes and effectiveness of the work?
- Show the sort of evaluation methods you employed?
- Keep a careful balance between content, data, presentation and text?
Have you...
- Focused your efforts? Invest time and effort in writing your entry submission – it must stand out from the rest and will pass or fail in the first round of judging on the entry submission alone
- Provided all items you refer to in your entry as supplementary materials? If your entry makes the first-round cut, judges will want to see the items in full on the judging day
- Included relevant website details (including passwords required to access the site)
- Made a note of The PMEA Company of the Year interview date if you want your company/your client’s company to be considered in this category?
- Obtained company/client authorisation?
- Enclosed full payment covering all entries?
- Used the entry submission document?
- Emailed your entry form and entry submission document to dtuesley@pmlive.com.
