The InVentiv Health Communications Europe Award for Team of the Year

This category provides the opportunity to look at operational excellence, strategy and integration within either a European, global or domestic cross functional-team.
Entries are invited from any team that demonstrates cross-functionality and does not necessarily have to be from a permanent department.
In particular, the judges will be looking to see how the team come together to plan the response to a specific challenge and build the strategy; how problems were solved; how the team affected the results and what the team did in the face of adversity. Overall, they are looking for entries that make them think, “I really want to be part of this team!”
Entries are invited from teams working together any time during the entry period of September 2010 to December 2011.
Entries must include a quality colour print group photograph of the team.
Judging criteria:
- Definition of the challenge and the organisational response to it
- Appropriate membership of the team and clarity of accountabilities within it
- Evidence of effective team working and operational effectiveness
- Evidence of effective problem-solving
- Quantitative measurement of successful outcomes set against key objectives
