Excellence in Business to Business Alliances

This award recognises excellence in establishing and managing a business alliance to extract the full value for both parties. The judges are looking for evidence of alignment on the key components of the alliance, joint planning and problem solving, and how the parties generated value.
Alliances established during the three-year period between January 2009 and December 2011 will be eligible.
Judging criteria:
- Effort made to understand each parties' cultures and objectives
- Evidence of joint planning and objective setting
- Evidence of regular joint partnership review & issue identification
- Demonstration of how identified problems were successfully overcome
- Evidence of flexibility to support the needs of the partnership
