This category is intended to recognise excellence in developing the organisational capabilities (organisational processes and programme excellence) required to execute marketing in the current challenging healthcare environment. Entries are invited from any pharmaceutical or life science company that has had defined capability development programme in marketing or in related fields such as customer service, product/service offering development or professional relations. It is expected that the successful entry will cover both the HR and the practical aspects of the programme.
Entries are invited relating to programmes established and implemented in the 15-month period, September 2010 to December 2011.
