Excellence in Marketing Service Provision

This category recognises that there are many associated services and activities deployed alongside front-line sales and marketing programmes to ensure the successful commercialisation of a brand. These could include regulatory support, compliance programmes, launch readiness assessment, product and disease training programmes, scientific platform/value proposition development, medicines management projects, distribution initiatives and much more.

Entries are invited from internal departments or service companies who feel they have significantly contributed to the successful commercialisation of a brand by providing such a service, or services.

This category relates to work carried out between January and December 2011.


Judging criteria:

  • Evidence that the programme was developed and executed in line with overall brand objectives
  • Evidence that the programme was fully integrated with other activities and initiatives supporting the brand
  • Evidence that there was active collaboration with owners of allied initiatives to ensure the implemented programme was truly additive to the brand support package
  • Evidence that the service provided made a significant contribution to the successful marketing of the brand
  • Evidence that the customer found the service provided to be implemented in a high quality manner
