Getting an email's subject line right is key to increasing open rates 

The subject of an email is your main determinant of whether someone will open it.

To increase your open rates:

1. Have a clear and direct message

2. Make it short (fewer than 40 characters including spaces)

3. Tell your customer of what's in the email

Follow these tips and you're sure to be open for business.
