You have total control of the information that may be disclosed. Only content within the 100-word executive summary may be published when reporting the award-winning entries. If, in exceptional cases, you prefer to disclose only the title of your entry, please make that clear on the entry form together with the details of any visuals that are not suitable for publication. Should this be the case, we will limit coverage relating to your entry.
Each judge is required to sign a legally-binding confidentiality agreement before appointment.
PMGroup undertake to adhere to the same confidentiality agreement.
A maximum of only six judges, with specific responsibility for the category entered, will see entries submitted in categories 1-15.
15 independent professionals review the entries in categories 16-26.
Entries are delivered to the judges by hand and signed for.
Apart from categories 16-26, judges review anonymous entries – details of the entrant will not be disclosed. For this reason, please only record details of the product and client in the entry itself and use the entry form to record all necessary entrant information. Any entries that include entrant information in the submission will be disqualified.
Please indicate on the entry form if you require your entry and supporting materials to be returned to you, or destroyed by PMGroup after the Awards presentation.
