What is the 'replace text' function in the text editor?
This is a function in the text editor that allows you to remove font, style, class, table and span tags, non-HTML, double spaces, empty paragraphs, all tag attributes, and to change Word bullets.
TIP: This is useful if you are cutting and pasting text from external applications such as Microsoft Word, which include certain tags which you may wish to remove from your HTML.

You can use this function on a selected area of text, or all the text in the editor window.

Click the icon (set the top drop down menu [selected text only] to YES if you just want your selected text to be changed or NO if you want all of the text to be changed).

Select the options to change. (We recommend to select the majority of these tags for job vacancies - however you may wish to experiment with this tool for the best results).

Click OK - the following message will appear:
Click OK. -
The following error message will appear if you have not selected any text.
Click OK then try again after selecting some text.
