GSK to meet with staff at Irish plant about restructure plans
GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is set to reveal the extent of the restructuring of its West Waterford, Ireland, plant following a business review.
The company has called the plant's 700 workers to meet with management at 3pm today to discuss what are understood to be details of restructuring at the site.
GSK told PMLiVE that it would not comment until after the meeting had taken place.
Earlier this year the company announced it was divesting a number of brands including Solpadeine, which is manufactured in the plant.
