Full-service agency

Agency or consultancy offering clients a complete range of services. A full service agency handles all characteristics of the advertising strategy, including planning, design, production and deployment. More recently, full-service commonly suggests that the agency also develops other aspects of the business's marketing, such as public relations and most aspects of the Media Mix.
