Marketing intelligence

The process of gathering, processing, evaluating and making available all market data and information available within an organisation, a company or a marketing department to enable managers and decision makers to function more effective. Market Intelligence provides a company with an overview of a market using existing sources of information to ascertain what is happening in a market place.
