Reach

The total number of people in a company's target audience that is reached a specific PR campaign.

Reach may also be referred to as "coverage". The success rate of a PR campaign is often measured by the achievements of its coverage. This can be calculated using various systems such as, call recording, web responses, print questionnaires or staff feedback.
