Access Partnership expands its senior team

Kevin Mayo joins as VP in the US and Pascal King as global director in London

Healthcare market access agency Access Partnership has added to its global senior team.

Kevin Mayo joins the group as executive vice president to the US office, based in Philadelphia, and Pascal King becomes global director to the newly opened London headquarters.

Mayo has a 17-year background in the life sciences industry, in leadership roles across pharma and healthcare consulting.

His international experience extends to product development and commercialisation, health economics, health outcomes research, health technology assessment, market access and pricing strategies.

King's career has spanned 20 years in pharmaceutical research, development, medical affairs and commercialisation.

He was one of the founding members of the CRO Icon Clinical Research; vice president of international marketing at Lundbeck; held market access positions with Novartis and Biovail (now Valeant); and most recently he led the Europe market access team at Bristol Myers-Squibb.

Access-Partnership,-Pascal-KingIn addition, Access Partnership has also appointed Thalia Nikoglou and Ahmed Edathodu as company consultants.

Commenting on the company's expansion, its president Mike Mallinson said: "We are very pleased to welcome these talented individuals to our team at what is a key time for the Access Partnership.

"Growing demand from clients has meant we have had to scale up very quickly and we will be announcing further appointments in the near future.

"From our new, large headquarters based at Putney Bridge in London we are able to continue to expand our international operations in line with our strategy and together with our sister company the Research Partnership, we are now a team of over 116 global healthcare executives."
