Amsterdam-headquartered Agendia has appointed Dr Gabriel Hortobagyi as chair of its medical advisory board.
Dr Hortobagyi brings over 35 years of experience in clinical and translational research of breast cancer and work as a breast medical oncologist to the molecular cancer diagnostics company.
He currently also serves as a professor and chair Emeritus of the department of breast medical oncology at the MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC).
Dr Hortobagyi said: “I am thrilled for the opportunity to advise one of the leading molecular diagnostic companies in the industry.”
