Cello Health Consulting has recruited new vice president John Tarplee (pictured right) as vice president as part of a series of new appointments to its team.
Alongside Tarplee firm has also added Eric de Regnaucourt, Jakub Kaczor and Namhee Lim to its team and made a number of internal promotions.
Tarplee has over 30 years of life science industry experience and previously worked for the likes of Adherium, ALK Abello, Sanofi and Abbott.
Eric de Regnaucourt joins as a senior consultant from Accenture, where he spent four years as a manager, a role that saw him serve in an interim capacity at Novartis as a healthcare systems insights director.
Cello has also appointed Jakub Kaczor as senior consultant and he arrived at the firm from Daellus Consulting, where he spent four years, most recently as a manager.
Namhee Lim also joins Cello as a senior consultant and brings 20 years experience from working in a range of commercial functions, including communications, marketing management and commercial operations.
Lim previously worked at Novartis and Sanofi Pasteur, and most recently served at Takeda Pharmaceuticals as a vice president in its vaccine business unit.

In addition to the new hires Cello has also made a series of internal promotions with Jude Abernethy, Carl Engleman and Alasdair Williams moving into managing consultant roles. The firm’s Lisa Tidman moves up to senior consultant, while Kelsie Langley and Jiaxi Liang take on new roles as consultants.
