Conversis appoints Charlotte Terry as client relationship manager

She joins the translation provider from RWS Group

Charlotte TerrySpecialist translation and localisation provider Conversis has appointed Charlotte Terry as its new client relationship manager, a role that will see her based in the firm's UK office.

Terry brings translation and operations experience culminating in her most recent role as operations manager at property translation group RWS, a position she held for over seven years.

She said: “There is a real scope for growth at Conversis and they have a clear commitment to quality and continuous improvement that are particularly appealing from an operational and client relationship perspective.

“I can’t wait to get started and I look forward to playing my part.”

Her career has seen her gain expertise in management and operations strategy and in her new role she will practice her skill set as she will work with client director Kim Shouler and the operations team.

Jamie Newall, chief executive officer, Conversis, said: “I am delighted that Charlotte is joining us as we look to resource our continued growth and maintain the high standards we have aspired to.

“Charlotte is extremely experienced in her field and will add real value to our staff team as a new personality offering a fresh perspective.”
