David Kendall joins Alimentary Health

He will take up to role of business development director UK
David Kendall

Alimentary Health has appointed David Kendall as its business development director for the UK.

In this newly-created position Kendall will be responsible for the implementation of the Irish healthcare company's business development plans following its UK launch including all of its sales activities and the rollout of the Alforex food supplement in the UK.

Kendall brings to the role over 25 years of commercial experience, having held positions at Chefaro Pharmaceuticals, GlaxoSmithKline, Quest Vitamins and Stiefel Laboratories.

Dr Barry Kiely, chief executive officer of Alimentary Health, said Kendall's new role would be a 'pivotal' one for the company as the company launches operations in new countries.

“As the company continues to expand at pace globally, David's considerable international expertise in healthcare and proven commercial skills make him the ideal candidate to drive our UK expansion.

“We are delighted that David Kendall is now part of Alimentary Health's senior management team.”
