Healthcare communications agency emotive has appointed Grey Healthcare’s former associate creative director Rob Sampson to head up its creative offering.
As the agency’s new creative director, Sampson will lead the creative output and oversee the existing studio team of artworkers and designers.
Lizzie Nayma, deputy-managing director at emotive, said: “Having expanded our medical education presence over the last few years, we are delighted that such a senior and respected creative director has joined us at this exciting time.”
Sampson has 18 years’ industry experience straddling both consumer and healthcare advertising working for a variety of agencies including Oglivy Healthworld and TBA/Paling Walters.
He said: “emotive impressed me because they take an innovative approach to everything they produce, and are actually out there, delivering creative ways of engaging HCPs and consumers for their clients.
“I’m looking forwards to pushing the work further and helping respond to the high demand for creative solutions from the agency’s clients.”
