Havas Media Group has announced changes to its team in France with the appointments of Stéphane Guerry, Yves Del Frate and Pascal Dasseux.

Guerry will lead the newly created Arena France, a media group that focuses on an integrated cross-channel approach to marketing. He rejoins Havas Media Group from Saatchi & Saatchi + Duke, where he was CEO.

His past experience includes roles at Euro RSCG C&O, which he joined in 2002. Guerry's roles at the agency, which later became Havas Worldwide Paris, included associate director in charge of digital, partner and deputy general manager. He also led Havas Energy.

Guerry “will be responsible for implementing our strategic process SDGO (data driven organic growth) and technology solutions," de Andreis added.

Arena France will focus on a cross-channel integrated approach. The new agency's client roster already includes Carrefour, Numericable and LG Electronics.

Del Frate and Dasseux were formally assistant director generals with Havas Media France. Del Frate is promoted to CEO of Havas Media France and Dasseux becomes chief client officer for Havas Media Group.
