Hayley Graves joins Ashfield Meetings and Events

Becomes the agency's operations director

Callaghan and GreavesHealthcare event management agency Ashfield Meetings and Events - a part of Ashfield - has appointed Hayley Greaves as its operations director, a role that will see her provide the operational and venue sourcing teams with guidance, ensuring efficient working practices across the business.

She will report to Penny Callaghan, the agency’s director of operations and business services.

Greaves (pictured right) said: “I am thrilled to take on the responsibility of operations director in such a dynamic and innovative company and I’m excited to bring my global healthcare experience into Ashfield’s agency environment.

“This is a fantastic opportunity and I’m looking forward to developing key operational objectives to ensure we continue to provide the highest level of service to our portfolio of clients.

Prior to her new role, Greaves served as Europe and Canada regional franchise marketing, communications and events manager at Smith & Nephew for just over three years.

Callaghan said: “I am delighted to welcome Hayley to the team.

“With her specialist experience from both event and medical agency environments, Hayley will enhance the consistency and standards in place by connecting excellence across the Ashfield division.”
