Hayward Medical Communications adds to its team

Paul Thomas and Alice Pinion among the UK agency's new recruits

Hayward Medical Communications Paul ThomasHayward Medical Communications has added several new members to its team, recruiting Paul Thomas, Alice Pinion and Mehraj Ahmed.

Thomas joins the Newmarket, UK-based agency as its new business director and he arrives from Aegate, a company that focuses on the digital authentication of medicines.

Prior to that his roles included working as an NHS commercial director and a spell as head of sales, north UK in diabetes for Novo Nordisk.

Hayward has also appointed Alice Pinion and Mehraj Ahmed as account associates.

Pinion started her career in pharma with sales representative roles and then served as director of scientific recruitment at Exco Scientific before a change in career path in recent years saw her become a yoga teacher and therapist.

Meanwhile, Ahmed joins Hayward directly after finishing his degree in biochemistry at King’s College, London.

Hayward’s sales and marketing director Sarah Strachan said: “One of the reasons Hayward has been so successful over the past 25 years is due to the type of people it employees.
