Kantar Health China has appointed Hettie Han as director to strengthen its local marketing insights practice.
Based in Beijing, Han will also work with the company’s global team to grow its China office’s multi-client and consultancy business.
She spent a year at Kantar Health as a director before moving first to Chinese search engine company Zhongsou in 2010 and then healthcare market research firm TBL Consulting Co.
Simon Li, general manager at Kantar Health China, said: “We’re very excited that Hettie has decided to rejoin us at Kantar Health China. During her previous tenure with us, Hettie was instrumental in building our business in this key market for the healthcare industry.
“She has deep experience across a variety of therapeutic areas and has proven herself to be a trusted adviser to her pharma-industry clients, from recognising their business issues to collaborating with them to provide the right solutions.”
Prior to her original stint at Kantar Han held analyst roles at several US and China-based pharmaceutical companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Penwest, Purdue and Kunming Pharmaceuticals.
