M3 Europe has boosted its senior team, appointing Helen Parfitt as commercial director and Grant Irwin as VP and head of sales.
Parfitt joins the UK-based healthcare technology company from IMS Health, where she was the global director for core data assets.
She also brings pharma experience from Schering-Plough (now MSD) and GlaxoSmithKline, where she worked for 13 years in sales, training and marketing roles.
Meanwhile, Irwin joins M3 Europe from Patient Connect, where he spent three years as general manager of patient compliance services Europe.
Prior to this he served at companies including Agnitio and IMS Health, in the process working with al of the top 20 life science companies on both a regional and global basis.
