McCann Complete Medical has appointed Jill Richards to its Complete Medical Communications (CMC) team as an account director.
She brings 10 years’ experience in advertising and communications to the role, gained from agencies such as McCann Erickson and Havas Lynx.
She said: “I am delighted to be joining such a dynamic, leading medical communications agency and working as part of a highly experienced, committed team.”
In her new role she will be responsible for client service and delivery, and building enhancing strategies and communications for the agency’s clients.
Melissa Gerard, CMC’s client services director, said: “Jill is a very welcome addition to our busy client service team, and comes to us with plenty of great experience.
“She has worked on both pharma and consumer brands and so we hope to benefit from her knowledge and the slightly different perspective she will bring with her from that experience.”
