Global healthcare marketing network McCann Health has expanded its EMEA creative team, with the appointments of Kieran Delaney, Robert Gibbs and Paul Finnan.
Delaney (pictured right) joins JnB McCann Health Germany as executive creative director, with a remit to implement a more integrated international focus at the agency's Munich and Wiesbaden hubs.
He brings nearly 20 years of marketing experience to the group - with eight years specialising in pharma - and joins McCann Health from Lane, Earl and Cox, part of the Open Health network, where he was senior art director.
Meanwhile, Gibbs (pictured left) has been appointed creative director for McCann Health Dubai.
Gibbs joins from RobotAndSpark, a Dubai-based design and technology studio, where he served as both managing director and creative director from 2009.
Prior to this, Gibbs worked at Expression, a marketing and advertising agency based in the United Arab Emirates, as an art director.
Finnan (below right) also joins the McCann Health network, and is set to take on the role of senior art director at its London agency in February next year.
He currently serves as a creative director at B More Creative, a Basingstoke, UK-based advertising and design company, having moved there in 2011 from engineering firm AECOM, where he was a senior designer.
