Healthcare consultancy firm the MSI Consultancy has appointed David Watson as senior consultant specialising in channel strategy.
Watson’s most recent role was at the US pharma firm Pfizer as commercial director and head of business intelligence, Europe for Pfizer Specialty Care.
He spent more than 20 years at Pfizer in both UK and European roles, including such positions as European commercial operations director, specialist PV business unit and European commercial director, established products / trade strategy.
During his time at Pfizer, he gained experience in channel strategies, leading projects that focused on using alternative routes to market specialty and oncology products.
This experience, along with his understanding of the European market, will help him in his new role, MSI said, where he will work with clients to offer specialised consultancy in different channels strategies.
