Newron Pharma appoints commercial affairs VP

Dennis Dionne brings expertise from J&J and Novartis

Newron Pharma Dennis DionneMilan, Italy-based Newron Pharmaceuticals has promoted Dennis Dionne to vice president of commercial affairs.

Dionne first joined the CNS and pain specialist in 2015 as executive director of commercial operations, and succeeded Anders Haegerstrand on 1 January.

He brings sales and marketing experience from Johnson & Johnson, and served as franchise marketing director for psychiatry, Parkinson's disease and migraine products at Novartis.

Stefan Weber, chief executive officer of Newron, said: “We sincerely thanks Anders for his loyalty, dedication and commitment to Newron and wish him all the best for his personal and professional future.

“At the same time we welcome Dennis as a new member of Newron's senior management team and are looking forward to continuing to work with him to further develop and execute our global commercial strategy.”
