UK creative agency Pan has bolstered its senior team, appointing Jan Reiss as an associate director and promoting Rafe Burchell to head of art.

Reiss joins the Richmond-based agency after a year of travelling, prior to which she was a senior account director at both DDB Remedy and Langland Advertising.

Commenting on Reiss' arrival, Pan managing director Jon Linscott said: “We are delighted to welcome Jan to the senior team at Pan, she has a wealth of experience and joins us at an exciting time in the agency's development.”

Meanwhile, Burchell's new role, in which he will be tasked with helping ensure the agency fulfils its creative potential, will see him deputise for Pan's creative director Arron O'Hare.

“Rafe's passion for advertising and his desire to produce great creative can be felt across the agency. This is a thoroughly deserved promotion and one which will help Pan to continue producing excellent creative solutions for its clients,” O'Hare said.
